At Kellie Cheree Fragrance, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final.
However, we gladly accept returns or offer replacements under the following circumstances:

The candle arrives broken or damaged.

The candle is not burning properly due to a defect.

The fragrance has spilled during shipping.

The nozzle is not working properly on sprays or mists.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged or defective product

A brief description of the issue

Once your return is approved, we will send a replacement item or issue store credit at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons outside of the conditions listed above, including change of mind or scent preferences.
